Whether you like to workout on your own or with a friend for motivation, the session is specifically targeted to strengthen and improve the whole body.

Ante Natal

Exercising whilst pregnant is about maintaining health and improving general wellbeing.

Post Natal

Once you have been given the all clear you deserve some ‘me time’ to help strengthen the body, regain your confidence, improve posture and to help you both physically and mentally.


Low Intensity Interval Training is a circuit of similar movements to HIIT but slowed down and with generous rest times in between. Do not underestimate.


High Intensity Interval Training is a cardio hit and fat burner which can include burpees, tuck jumps and squat thrusts with short, interval rest periods. Gets results.


Increase your metabolism by building lean, proportioned muscle. Focus is on repetition not load. Fun workout.

Post Rehabilitation

I work along side physiotherapists and osteopaths to help with the after care. This can be done on either the mat or reformer. Motivational.
