Your Trainer
An experienced personal trainer, Gill continually strives to develop her knowledge and skill-set to keep up-to-date with new techniques, exercises and workouts.  She understands the importance
of focusing sessions on reaching your goal whether its to lose weight, build lean muscle, improve strength or something more sport specific.  Her client base is very broad, ranging from expectant mums to high profile executives.

A former scuba diving instructor having taught
in Australia and the UK, Gill had completed a number of events including marathons, triathlons and epic bike rides.

Her specialities include kettlebells, pre & post natal fitness and bodyweight interval training.
Her experience includes dealing with clients who have poor core stability,  bad posture, lower back pain, old injuries, obesity and low fitness levels.

Home visits whether indoors or out, across Central London operating extensively in the following areas: Notting Hill, Kensington, Holland Park, Chelsea, Kensal Rise, Kensal Green, Queen’s Park, Maida Vale, St.John’s Wood, Marylebone and Primrose Hill.
